My Experiment
I joined OROVO and signed up for the Autoship program for the original OROVO.
My experiment was simple; I would continue with my low carb diet and daily routine of exercise while dutifully taking Orovo every day.
I felt an immediate difference as I started taking the supplement. The most obvious benefit was the energy boost, which allowed me to get more out of my daily workouts. Not only did I find myself with more energy, I also noticed that I was more alert and better able to concentrate. My weight, which had been stubbornly refusing to go away for years, leveled out within the first few days and after a couple of weeks started steadily going down.
Since then I have continued taking Orovo and exercising daily, and am well on my way to achieving my goals.
Well the experiment was a success for me and I would recommend that if any of you have questions the simplest way to find out for yourself is to conduct your own experiment.
The Why
The fact of the matter is you are what you eat. I am living proof of this. When I worked graveyard shifts during college to make ends meet, my diet consisted mainly of fast food eaten on the run. I felt worse from eating the food than working the hours. After graduation my desk job forced me into a lifestyle where I gradually started to gain weight. I made a resolution to focus on living healthy. I changed my diet, concentrating on healthier and smaller meals, and started making time for exercise. I wished going through with this resolution was as easy as writing it down. It was at this period of my life when I came across OROVO, and the Top Ten SuperFoods.
SuperFoods are all the rage in the health market right now. These foods have more health benefits than just simple nutrition. They are also given additional credit for having multiple purposes; for example, flaxseed has both fiber and omega fatty acids, and Acai is rich in phytonutrients, protein, and antioxidants. These SuperFoods are not only rare (I mean who’s heard of Buckwheat), but also expensive.
What are the benefits of these so-called SuperFoods? I did some research on the internet and found the following:
Barley - According to the FDA, Barley may reduce the risk of heart disease by moderating cholesterol and fats.
Acai - This Superfood has more anti-oxidants then any other berry in the world. It was previewed on Good Morning America as THE Superfood.
Cayenne pepper - Alternative medicine believes this pepper has natural circulatory benefits. It has been used for centuries to improve blood flow to the capillaries, increasing metabolism.
Buckwheat - As posted on the official FDA website, Buckwheat contains Rutin, used to help keep arterial vessels healthy. It is also used for improving glucose tolerance in patients with diabetes by increasing the sensitivity of beta cells to glucose.
Flaxseed - Flaxseed contains essential fatty acids. These omega 3 fatty acids are vital to your body in strengthening your heart and immune system. Important for brain and nerve functioning, these fatty acids also have shown the ability to help fatigued muscles recover from exercise and exertion.
Alfalfa - "Al-fal-fa" derives its name from the Middle East where it means "father of all foods." It is a great source of vitamins A, C, E, and K4, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.
Lactobacillus acidophilus - The magical ingredient found in yogurt has been found to enhance natural immunity and is possibly the best thing in the world for your digestive system, improving all aspects of your digestive tract.
Soybeans - Growing in popularity in the western hemisphere, this SuperFood is rich in calcium, iron, potassium, amino acids, vitamins, and fiber. Soy contains all the essential amino acids in sufficient quantities to support human life.
Garlic - The stinking rose does it all, including reducing the risk of infection by stimulating the immune system to helping with heart health. Taken regularly, garlic and garlic supplements can help promote a healthy heart by maintaining normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels. As a powerful antioxidant, garlic has been shown to combat "free radicals" - highly unstable oxygen molecules which are believed to be responsible for most of the effects of aging.
Wheatgrass - is a great source of Vitamins A, C, E, iron, calcium, magnesium, and amino acids. It is used for increasing hemoglobin production, preventing bacterial infections, and blocking intestinal cholesterol absorption. Its powerful detoxifying agents remove toxins from the liver and the bloodstream.
Orovo, the supplement, will reduce weight, improve skin, and increase energy. From my research I can see how Orovo can help me and you achieve all of it.
